I’ve heard this conceptualized a different way as well - $/Rx. This is useful in cutting through some (not all) shell games played in admin/spread/DIR fees/ manufacturer bonuses via constructed formulary(accumulators)/etc.

I’ve heard it’s around $12-14 for smaller companies and $1 for larger... but who knows. Most PBM contracts don’t audit hard fought terms anyway. I’m sure PBMs have barely noticed that. ;)
